libtext-wrapi18n-perl software package provides internationalized substitute of Text::Wrap, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtext-wrapi18n-perl
libtext-wrapi18n-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtext-wrapi18n-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtext-wrapi18n-perl *
